Method
- Whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
- Beat the eggs with the milk, butter and vanilla.
- Pour the wet mixture over the dry and stir just a little (the batter should stay slightly lumpy).
- Heat a pan over low heat and grease it with a little butter.
- Pour in a ladleful of batter and let it cook until bubbles appear on the surface, then flip.
- Cook the other side until golden, then stack the pancakes and serve with honey and fruit.
